Bing Account Creation Help

Hey! Guys i managed to create unlimited bing accounts but the problem is ... Greg Davis and some other guy suggest to use REAL bank cards. (Debit Cards). But i think what if we add debit cards which already have not more than $10 in it so basically bing won't be able to charge us. This is the idea... What if they come after us if we're doing this on a big scale. And, one more thing do i have to spend first in order to redeem coupons? and how much it would be on a new account? Is it possible if i just use the coupon and not use the account anymore.

It is possible if i spend atleast $10 from each card on bing ads then redeem coupon and then ... dispose account when im done with the coupon.
