Bing ads & Adwords spying

Hi - I'm looking to get some PPC (Bing Ads & google adwords) running.

What's the best way to reverse engineer which ads for a set of keywords have been running the longest?

And Is there a way I can search for an "end URL" - like a clickbank product - and leave out the bridge/landing pages? I'd like to see which ads are most successfull for a clickbank product URL as well.
