Blurry images on homepage

Hi, I used a 'recent products' widget on my wordpress home page and it showed blurry images of my products. On the shop page and the product page with those same images, they appear fine. So how do I solve the problem of them appearing blurry on my homepage?

I am using woo commerce and my theme is 'Cool Cart'. {link to own site removed}

Here is a list of my installed pluggins:
'Custom Permalinks' by Michael Tyson.
'Google Analyticator' by Video User Manuals Pty Ltd
'Insert Adsense' by yuyuh
'Jetpack by WordPress.com' by Automattic
'Lockdown WP Admin' by Sean Fisher
'Regenerate Thumbnails' by Viper007Bond
'Simple Google Sitemap XML' by iTx Technologies
'UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore' by UpdraftPlus.Com, DavidAnderson
'WooCommerce' by WooThemes
'WP Super Cache' by Donncha O Caoimh

Thanks

The most common reason for that is uploading images that are too small or too large within a template expecting certain dimensions.

Solution:

1. Use a graphics editor to resize the image BEFORE uploading (irfanview will do this and it's free); OR

2. Go into code or HTML view and adjust the image width and height attributes to match those of the image you've uploaded.

Thanks for your response, I tried doing as you said with one of my images, resizing the image in Photoshop to the size of the thumbnails on my homepage, and then uploading them, replacing the featured image on my product page.

Then they look fine on the homepage but blurry on the product page, and when I click on the product image for an enlarged image, the image shows up at thumbnail size. There must be some way I can upload separate image sizes for my thumbnails and my larger product page image, but I don't know how.

Thanks again for getting back to me :)

Yes, that's what I was trying to say. Upload separate images for thumbnails and product pages.

However, without knowing exactly what software you're using, I can't tell you exactly how to do that.

Is there any support for your plugins and/or theme?

Thanks for your help and patience, I finally found out how to do this, using the 'Regenerate Images' plugin. As you can tell, I'm a total novice in wordpress.

Thanks again :)
