I prefer to write the articles on my own just because of my attitude to my blog. I know that most of the people try to make money out of their blogs, but for me it is more like a therapy of expressing myself, which means that it is all about my thought and feelings at the certain time period. I think that it is ok to delegate writing of the posts to freelancers, but I feel that it is better to use the service of just one author, so that the style of writing will remain the same. It is very important because this whole thing as blogging is based on trusr that the thoughts expressed there are sincere and belong to the author and if you lie to your readers, they wil not forgive you.

Great question Romario. Most people do a mixture of buying in posts and writing post. Personally, I think you need to lean very heavily towards writing your own. Paying for articles that may never make a dime is a real pain but it is needed to help make your content offering diverse. Only buy the best.
Surely, in most of the cases I try to write myself. However, sometimes I either don't have the time for it or I understand that a certain professional can write the article about their professional field much better. It is important to delegate when you deal with the sort of business, and I try to do that.
I always preferred original articles that you write by yourself, in fact, I don't even understand why someone writes and places articles that are bought or even worse, copied-pasted from another site. I know that many people look at the blog as an additional way to gain more links and traffics, but it's only possible if the content inside of it has some real value. If someone doesn't have enough time to write, then he/she should hire some freelance copywriter to do it instead and to input some authenticity in the blog article itself.

That guy kept us both busy for a few years.
I always write articles myself. I don't trust anyone to do this work.

At start write by yourslef and then move to purchasing when you have a income to spend
It really depends on your writing skills/time and knowledge of the market. I would get in touch with a few writers on this forum, get quotes, review samples and map that against your volumes/business plan. Then take a call if you want to invest your time or invest your money in the content. I usually work with clients who deal with high volumes for casino and slot reviews on a weekly basis.
