Can I get a affiliate manager job?

Do entry level jobs in digital marketing or affiliate management for non US citizen exist if I don’t have experience but meet all the requirements for the jobs, while having experience in my own affiliate sites? Also can I count those sites as experience if they are done really good but for some reason or another they are not that profitable, or don’t make much?

Networks are always hiring and some do training. However, being marginally successful as an affiliate may not be the significant skill they will be interested in. The best thing to do is to call or email a few of them that have "hiring notices" on their sites. Those will have instructions on how to have a conversation with them.

Actually we are trying to hire a person. But the catch is we are hiring on commission based currently!

Would you be interested in it?

Yeah well but a skill like managing a affiliate business I think would be valuable, because it shows that I can do the work and rank a site

Yeah well but

When you start a sentence this way, you automatically disqualify yourself.

Managing a few fledgling sites and/or campaigns that don't produce well is not a skill transferrable to the needed skills for the position of affiliate manager which requires recruiting skills. You have no recruiting skills.
