Try using hte remarketing pixel on your landing page and then market to "similar" audiences. Usually gives me some great people.

Some offers accept free social traffic, but others just Social paid traffic.

The landing page as you can see, was not to capture email leads. It was a landing page with a call to action straight to a CPA offer.
