I prefer Paypal as it is the world wide used payment method and it is secure for payment transfer other networks i haven't used but if any one here have used can share your views so that it will be helpful for others to decide as i have shared my own and i use it regularly now its your turn.......

I prefer wire, as the fees are low and conversion rate is higher than paypal. However for low payout such as $50-$100 i prefer paypal as I could save some fees.
Payoneer. Low fees and convenience for me. 
I am using PayPal.
Pros: Worlwide known
Secure (but i suppose they all are)
Cons: Lousy support (you can contact them only by phone and even then you might have some problems)
Lousy exchange rate of currency and sometimes big fees

PayPal because its well known and trusted by most, its also come a long way from a few years ago. Before I got into IM I used to sell stuff on eBay and I lost so much money because PayPal always favoured the buyer in disputes. The support is not great but much better today.
Wire just screams SCAM but if you know who your dealing with then sending large amounts of money is cheaper than PayPal.
