Everything between email submits and CPS offers. Email subs have really low payout it's hard to make them stable with that low margain which means waste of time 
if you can make submit work you can try with a lead gen in same niche and have a better bottom line.

In general submits are paying for email(or a bit more) but if you can make them work you can jump to higher paying offer like double page submit with giftcards, or trial offer giving away iphone.
If you will be making money on submit without a problem it means advertiser is making which means you could make your margine higher by doing it yourself
Pick few submits on CPA network, fill them out and see what's behind them and what makes money for advertiser cuz it's for sure not email
