I know it's a bit messy here, but basically, I'm testing 2 offers. I divided it into 4 campaigns using 2 traffic sources to see which one converts better, and on 2 different devices: computer and mobile phone. Below, I've attached 2 screenshots from 2 different campaigns. I can also attach a report from each campaign separately, which includes landing page statistics and creatives. that tracker 'should' be able to sort that way --read its documentationm

get rid if all the <30% click rate sites first Blacklist them. to qualify that site should have a reasonable number of datapoints
  • siteID 123456 5000 banner impression and 0 CTR ban it <<< that idea
  • siteID 123456 500 banner impression and 0 CTR give it more time.

Looking again: site #1 is very weak. You need to find what format and what bridge page (of yours) is working best and delete the others for that site --if possible --it's a bleeder really.
You also need a post-back confirmation of the customer ID and some other identifiers that you could add as a subid= (or similar) that may be hard to achieve. What can be posted back for that offer and how to track it?

Real optimization requires these values and a large scale.

I can programmatically create a unique ID for every referral. Can I get that value returned to me in a post-back of various events? Often not so any real optimization is not possible on that basis. So epc and your actual cpc (Not to be with confused with an ad CPC rate --they are not the same), cpc can be thought of as a landed cost or a cost per all final (through the funnel) referrals at the point-of-sale/or conversion. (offer or whatever the case).

your actual cpc here is the cost for each referral whether successfully converted to a revenue event or not.
Landed cpc would be a better definition; landed at the point of conversion "LC" (landed cost) maybe as a made up acronym
 
I made some significant cuts today to losers and low-CTR site IDs. I noticed 3 conversions for the first campaign and 2 conversions for the second campaign. Interestingly, when I made these cuts, I saw a conversion from a site ID with a 5% CTR. However, most of the conversions are coming from site IDs with a 20% CTR or higher. I also paused the low-performing creatives and will see what happens next. Thanks for your advice, @Graybeard.

Btw I'm curious how many active campaigns do you run?

If you mean a "campaign" in terms of the URL that I am sending traffic to 4 - 10 URLs as "landing pages"
It's on pause right now, just filed income taxes and before the SHTF (again --hopefully not) I have to finish some new bridge pages for new ads and maybe some SEO Organic indexing on a few relevant domains.

What I failed to add/mention previously:
Are you RON in each GEO (RON network)?
Or, age you grouping several GEO's that are similar in your campaigns?

Also, you need to collate these results by site to each landing page --some sites my perform significantly better on certain landing (Bridge Page) funnels to the actual sign-up at the offer.
 
Ok, paused those shitty campaigns and started 10 more. But from these 10 campaigns one looks decent(ststs below) to me I tested many GEO with one offer and this geo look legit:

You need to filter the traffic quality can you get all the IPs for reports-visits cross indexed by the siteID that they came from?
 
My SOI offers have always converted well, but I had to choose the right creative and pre-lending, I also recommend trying DOI offers, the payout is higher there
