I have a site called Customer Voice and I'm looking for people to contribute to the forum.
The idea is that its a place for people who have suffered bad customer service, particularly from big companies to have a rant about it and get help from others.
The site has a news section, forum and contact information for people to complain to.
I realise there is a forum exchange on here, but I don't really have much to contribute, so I'm really just looking for people in the UK who have suffered poor service to detail their experiences on the forum.
