CPA marketing beginner account

Hello.
For several days I have been trying to create accounts on different CPA platforms, but I have not been accepted yet because I do not have a populated social media account where I can promote different offers.
Which CPA platform does beginners accept and does not have very high expectations from the new accounts that are at the beginning of the road?
Or if you can get some advice.

Well from i rember cpagrip and cpalead accepts almost everyone .Adwork media its also a great network just that its a little more strict with beginers .Do a research om how you can promote cpa offers .In your aplication be authentic and careful what you say ,and dont lie to much as they can catch you

I recommend creating a thread in the Business Centre Forum and describing the type of marketing you plan to start with, and what types of offers you would like to start with. Include the information that you are new and are looking for a company and account manager that can accept a newbie and are willing to provide guidance.

That forum is where vendors look for affiliates with specific needs.
