You can use proxies and PVA for posting ads but those are very little chance to live on the Craiglist. It cost you a lot as well.

It's very risky to post ads on Craiglist unless you are in that location. No proxy works well for posting ads. Besides there are high chance to do not live your ads in craigslist.

You can use a proxy to try and trick their system. Why are you trying to post there if you are not an US citizen.
