Creating the best Landing Page Video

Hey guys!
I have a mission to create a very good Landing Page funnel that will generate sales in the end of it.

I want to create a 2-3 levels funnel.
1) A landing page that will contain some content but the main creative will be a VIDEO that will show the user all the reason to start the process and of course to pay.
This page will contain a small registration form.
redirect to:
2) Wider contact form with another Video
3) Payment page.

I will be happy to get some help.
1) Do you know any company that makes that kind of videos?
2) Do you have any tips/rules/guidelines for the script of the video?

in this case what i do is that i write the script .
then i go to fiverr and i hire some native speaker to record the voice .
then i can a friend who is living next to me to do the animation video for me .
about web pages and form i do Do it by my self cus i understand web development .
if i don't have time i hire some one .
hopefully you can benefit from my experience .

that depends on its Quality , they are both fine if they have been done well .
