I don't understand lotteries. Do you have any idea how wrong it is to just give a man wealth he is unlikely to earn in a lifetime? He's not likely to use that money properly. I started my career when I was 17. Life has thrown me in different directions, I even managed to make money on casino reviews (which was risky), but I know the value of my money. I know how much effort I had to put in to earn it. The lottery, on the contrary, ruins that concept.

I once read that you have a better chance of being struck by lightning than winning the lottery.

Both of those things still happen to people. Most people don't expect to win. A lot of people do it for fun or out of habit.
