No, they don't.
Their forte is pop traffic and they're still building their push database with their publishers but definitely not growing as much as many other networks that implemented push since 2017-2018.

AdsTerra used to be my top push source for FR traffic. I was spending $X,XXX a day on 1 FR sweeps campaign from April-September last year and getting great ROI. However the only problem was that 90% of that good traffic was from 1 publisher. Sadly that publisher left for whatever reason in September and as a result my FR campaign there died. I've tried them a few times since then with FR and other GEOs but there's not much volume and there's a weird 2-3 day "test" period where you get 5-10 clicks PER DAY which makes no sense to me. How can you as a traffic source gather any useful information from sending such a low volume of traffic?
