Email Marketing for Affiliate Offers

Hi fellas,
I need some advise from anyone who is currently actively running email marketing offering amy affiliate offers such as sweeps, pharmaceutical product, health product and others type of offers.

I have approximately 350k cold list.

The problem that I faced was SMTP such as Amazon SES does not allow affiliates offer and so do emailing platform such as ElasticEmail.

I tried to contact Email Octopus guys, however they are still using Amazon SES as their SMTP, which means that eventhou they allow me sending affiliate offers, still in the end Amazon SES will restrict it and ban my account again.

Can you please advise me what are the options for email service provider that I can use to send affiliate offers?

Aweber and Sendgrid looks quite on the expensive side.

Really need your advise.

You have to maintain low bounce/complains rate though
