Email Marketing

My assumption was that this discussion was US based. Yes you are correct in other GEOs regarding legality.

Not sure how I'm taking your statement "SOI or DOI is the legal path" as out of context?? Again if we are talking about the US.

Also again, I'm not meaning to argue or debate here so please don't take this as such. I'm simply trying to clear up the often heard argument that you need opt in data to legally mail in the US.

So yeah, if you are in the US, it's perfectly fine. If not, then you are correct regarding legality.

Curious why you would think I couldn't convince someone it's not a good path? I literally just purchased an email list from an MCA provider and sent an ERC offer. This was 100% legal and I made $5k revenue in leads from a $1k list I bought. 100% legal, 500% profitable :)

Mind the quality of your email content, absolutely. Building a solid list is one thing, but if your content isn't engaging, it won't matter. And as many have pointed out, legality is key. It's interesting how much email marketing has evolved, and it really makes you think about the current marketing era and how we're adapting. With so many changes, it's vital to stay ahead of the curve, not just with compliance, but with how you present your brand too. For example, ensuring consistent branding through things like professional email signatures can make a big difference in how your emails are perceived. You want to show that you're a legitimate and thoughtful business.
