Took sometime to make some cool banners and video but anything which is explains the offer will mostly converts.
I used youtube ads mostly on related game which one of I made video of.
If you're promoting on cod mobile audience. then just select channel on youtube targeting. Banner also perform well on fb.
Just create a article about the offer and go.
You can go with push notification too.
