Can anyone help me?

Currently I am doing Media Buying, taking CPA and CPL offers from Max Bounty and driving traffic through multiple DSP's and Bing ads, from where I am generating a revenue. I want to explore Affiliatre marketing more. So, can anyone help me to know what else I can do it more?

As well as; how I can create a smartlink?
Smartlink which contains multiple offers and after clicking on the smartlink, It showcases the campaign/offers according to the users Interest and behaviour.
So can anyone please help me to know more about it? How to bundle these offers together and drive traffic on it.
