I would like to extract the names of the accounts that DM me on Instagram. If there's a way to automate this process so that I can directly add new people who DM me into a Google Sheets document, that would be perfect. However, even just a manual extraction method would be great! Do you have any tools to recommend for this ?

This may only be practical weekly or monthly if the download referenced above is still working
If you want a manual approach I would use grep at a terminal prompt I can write the commands for you to make a csv of the data that would paste into a spreadsheet.
You can parse json files with PHP or Python and extract the information that you need
If we are talking many DMs per day this is going to be a tiresome task.
