facebook ads and image size

I am trying to create an ad on facebook and its giving this error for the image that I have selected

You are using an image that does not meet size requirements. Please adjust the size of your image or select a different one.

I have tried various sizes 110x80 / 1200x684 / 600x315 and it still gives the same error. I found that many people on google have posted the same problem but didnot find any solution. Is there a way to fix this

Thanks for the response however what I found is that there was another problem that was causing this error.
There is a default image that loads up when we start to create an ad.
We need to close that and then it uploads your ad image fine.

You may also make use of Jon Loomers Facebook ads comprehensive dimensions guide (attached). It shows the optimum dimension of any image or thumbnail on Facebook even your profile picture

I notice that in default they show the feed image cut, but later when you prview it's fine. Funny
