Promote high pay out offers on Facebook & then you will be fine. I usually promote skin offers on facebook.

I think it depends on the offer and your method of promoting it. Direct linking won't likely get you anywhere except maybe banned. Send people to your site, a landing or squeeze page and you might make it work.

If you're offering something your target audience wants, figure out a way to offer it that fits within FB's TOS.

It actually depends on the offers you are trying to promote... Another factor to consider is if you are promoting these offers to the right audience... Moreover, not all offers are advisable to be promoted in FB since the market may be found in other social media networks like Twitter, IG, Pinterest, etc...

True! Also, many offers do not allow FB advertising, free or paid. Always check that.
