Facebook ads redirect landing page to the CPA offer

Hi guys,
As Facebook ads does not let direct linking, is it possible to create a website or just use a domain name and redirect it to the CPA offer page ? Thanks

Using a simple redirect may not work, the best would be to create a landing page then direct your visitors to the cpa offer,
or you can use a cloaker though not recommended for long term ventures

i have run facebook ads with direct affiliate links and facebook has never had a problem with this
