Maybe for offers with extremely high payouts, but I suspect there my be more to it. Can you tell us the type of offer and the demographics?

Wowzer! Although I have seen uber-high suggested bids on other sites ($56). I assumed that others are promoting something in that niche that's high-end and to get top spot is pricey.

To be honest, the demographics are not that laser sharp, I went for a wide shot in the ages 20-50 with no interest targeting at all just to see some movement.
My bid is 1$ cpc and I get absolutely nothing :/
My AM told me the offer is crashing on Facebook, maybe he meant organic?
Offer payout is 35$.
