Facebook + CPA Good Idea?

I would really love to see an example of a successful FB/CPA page. I've never used FB and with all the policy changes I've read about, I've been hesitant to try. Find it difficult to keep up with the couple of social accounts I have now.

Our partners have made $10k a day per single campaign at FB. It looks amazing, but true.

I assume that's from one account, one niche/vertical?

Did the 68 spam reports hurt your account at all? How does that work, is it based on percentages or something, i.e. 1% spam reports is okay....something like that?
