Hi everyone, Im running Ads on FAcebook for an ecommerce store.
A few months ago I have created custom audiences for events like "AddToCart", "InitiateCheckout" and "Purchased".
And the problem is that this custom audience are still in pending for like 6 or more months, I tried today to run ads using this 3 custom audiences and perhaps I'm getting zero impressions.
Also what I tried was retargeting ads using Custom Audience with People who viewed website and it worked, I was getting impressions!
Pixel it self is getting all the necessary events and it works good but when doing ads for this type of custom events there is zero impression.
Now I don't really understand where the problem might be located, maybe the pixel is installed on website in a wrong way or maybe this is a global problem, I'm not really sure.
IS there someone who is running ads for this type of custom events and can confirm that retargeting works? and is there someone who might drop a hint why I am getting zero impressions on my custom audience retargeting ads).
Thanks in advance for answers
