Created a campaign yesterday and got these data on ezmob dashboard

i'm confused why the CTR 102.9% and why 4 clicks cost me $13.17 with pop traffic?
the AM said impressions=clicks for pop traffic,but why the first sub id 12,669 impressions got 4 clicks?

then i will show the data in my bemob, i spend $69 and get 117 clicks last night.
and got 0 conversions

someone told me keep away from ezmob,they send you fraud traffic.

i checked a campaign data several days ago running on ezmob and found so many duplicate clicks from the same ip
how could so many clicks from the same ip??
this must be done by BOTS right?

i asked for refund but rejected!
