Forum layout structure input please

I am working on a new nicer skin for this forum, god know when it will be ready but when its eventually ready, I will take the opportunity to restructure this forum.
I will like your input about how you will like the forum structured, what should be the main forum and what should be the sub forums?

How do you use this forum?, if you are a new user looking for information, how would you like the forum laid out so that you can find information easily?
