I can cloak my servers from known enemies -- they knock on the door and no one answers 
(looks like it is not there -- shields up and cloaked) It's called a firewall
You cannot cloak any hyperlink that works >>> which means: arrives at its endpoint -- it is just foolish to think otherwise.
What you are attempting to describe is a man-in-the-middle scheme or something akin to a "Sleight of hand"; meaning a deception (a magician's trick).
Most cheap tricks are eventually revealed ... All people are not as stupid as they appear and they figure out the game you are playing on them
