Thats a good deal - Google also offer 6 month of telephone support for new accounts (at least they did to me in the UK) so if your looking to take the plunge you cant go wrong.

Link looks genuine but does actually ask you to complete a proforma for one of google agents to contact you, so disagree that it is a direct link.
