Hey guys, it has been a few weeks since i last visited, everything is sooo in the blur still for me, too much information. Im thinking about hiring guys from freelancer.com to do work for me profesionally , what do you think about that?

That's a lot all at once and the reason you're suffering from info overwhelm. As @tyoussef pointed out, it will help you tons to focus on ONE niche/vertical; ONE traffic source; ONE tracker. Once you either master those or decide they aren't for you, move on to the next.
If, for example, you want to run traffic from FB to a lander, you need
1 facebook page
3 (or more) landing pages for split testing
1 tracker
That is assuming that you already have a domain and host for your landing pages.
That is further assuming that you are sending users directly from FB to a lander, which sends users directly to the offer.
FB -> LP -> Offer
And don't forget your tracker to collect data so you can optimize. Very important.
Try to keep things as simple as possible in the beginning while you get your feet wet and learn. Don't forget to start a thread anytime you have questions and consider starting a follow-along journey so others can help you as you go.
By the way, you'll want to have an idea how things should work before you hire someone else to do it. Elsewise, you'll have no idea if it's being done correctly.

You can, or you can use a drag and drop WYSIWYG platform.
Keep your page clean and set up in such a way that the user is focused solely on the action you want them to take. One product with attractive image and most important benefits, plus CTA (call to action). Just my opinion.

See, this is one of the things I am talking about, everyone has its own opinion and gives different advices. I checked this wizywig out and it seems pretty complicated and I also checked purelander and it seems easier and for that i thank you very much. Do you use purelander or you create pages of your own? Do you write texts or you hire a writer?
great idea to hire freelancer. Besides you can try with fivver, upwork, people per hour and so on.

Although internet claims to have everything and eazy to shop - but its overwhelming the choices you have in-front to decide on. This is where many fail and loose big money.
Example : Lets say if you approach Facebook, landing pages and SEO to one person he / she may take your job and outsource to someone else and give you low valued output. But consider if you have completed the drawing board of whole job Landing page only, it becomes eazy to talk to freelancer to get what exactly you need and not he / she gives. That's a huge differences...
My call for you : Do keep your path to success story of the above need updated here ... so others can get a hands on experience..

Your planning is okay, there are guides on Case Study section for what you're doing, you may try read them.
But for me the cost of your spending is more than expected.
You may try to reduce the cost on account and dedicated proxies.
Your goal is more likely to reach if you're consistent and hard working like some of my student did.
