Yeah, thanks guys, but check the thread titles before responding please. These questions are posted for FBQueen. I'm asking the questions for the benefit of the membership, not because I don't know the answers.

but post angegement ads is also good for drive traffic into blog

First of all I'd recommend you to create a FB page for your blog or website. This will be the page FB users will see when you run a Sponsored Newsfeed post.
If you're aiming just for lots of clicks to your website I'd set up a "Clicks to Website" objective campaign and run desktop or mobile newsfeed posts.
Definitely add a call-to-action text/button in your ad copy.
