General questions about Affiliate Marketing

Hello
I'm an independent vendor and recently I was exposed to the marketing world.
I publish my products trough Facebook campaigns and I wanted to know if it is possible for an affiliate marketer to help me publish it in other places. Meaning, is it possible for a marketer to publish a Facebook campaign outside of Facebook?
Also, how does the payment for the marketer works?
Can a marketer publish in apps as well?
And, where is it possible to find good affiliate marketers?

• Affiliates use their own websites (SEO) to "publish" an ad for you
  
• Affiliates use CPC, Push, Pop, Native ad networks (they buy ads to the "offer" <that's you)
• You will need to track the referrals and credit them to the affiliate referrer -- that means buy software or use an SaaS affiliate software, or;
  you can associate with an affiliate network and pay them a lump sum for the referrals that convert then they will disburse the commissions payments for you.
