Getting users to fill out data form

I have a high CTR of 5% but not many users are leaving their data on the form (Name and number).Alot of users just post on the comments of the FB ads asking to be called or how they can reach us but the landing pages should be directing them. How do experienced affiliate marketers capture interested user data instead of them having to go to the comments to show interest. Please help with some strategies or am I missing something?

It sounds like you're getting strong initial interest (5% CTR is solid), but there may be a disconnect when users land on your page.

One key thing to consider: why should they leave their info? That reason needs to be crystal clear in your copy.

Right now, you might not be giving them a strong enough incentive to fill out the form.

People don’t just hand over their name and number unless they clearly understand what they'll get in return — whether it's a callback, a free consultation, a discount, access to something exclusive, etc. Make sure that value is explicit and prominent on the page.

Also, take a hard look at your UI/UX, especially on mobile (where the majority of traffic likely is).

If the form is hard to find, slow to load, or doesn’t feel trustworthy, people will naturally default to the comments instead.

It’s hard to give exact advice without seeing your funnel, but here’s what I'd test:
  • Stronger copy that gives a clear reason and urgency for filling the form.
  • Add visual cues and trust signals (like testimonials, or a “100% privacy guaranteed” tag).
  • A shorter, more frictionless form (maybe start with just name or number, not both).
  • Make sure the CTA button is above the fold on mobile and stands out.
  • Reassure them that someone will reach out immediately or within a specific timeframe.
You’ve already proven people are interested — now it’s about making it easy and compelling for them to take the next step.

If you need more help, DM me your funnel so I can check your actual page and give a better response for ya.

Good luck!
