We are a carnivorous species that is trying to convert to vegetarian. We are getting closer, but we are not nearly there as a species. I have reduced my meat and dairy intake to about 5% of my diet. Very seldom eat beef, except for the occasional (once or twice a month) American Wagyu (gold grade) from Snake River Farms. A wide variety of fish is the primary meat in my diet.
