I am newbie in Affiliate marketing. But i see they work perfectly.
Have some question to community :
1. Its ok to use subdomain for niche site? will they influence each other by SEO?

2. Some of these sites have been filled via an automatic plugin. And now there is almost no traffic there. What should I do with these sites:
delete completely,
clear all posts and fill with better quality content,
or something else?

It is not recommended. This will be a waste of time. It will harm SEO efforts.

When you say "these sites", what sites are you referring to?

And now there is almost no traffic there.

What has been done to create traffic?

I mean sites which are hosted on subdomains. For traffic i use only Long Keyword SEO strategy only.

In this case, would I be better off deleting all subdomains and working on the main domain?

I think its better

• blog.domain.(extn.) is ok for blog, if your blog post link to domain.ext it can be considered backlink
• cn.domain.(extn.) is ok for other language
• staging.domain.(extn.) good for testing new site, some use beta.domain.(extn.)
  
• domain.(extn.)/folder/ or domain.(extn.)/page/ is best for content

If the niches are separate and you are not often linking pages together from niche to niche, then you made a correct choice - maybe you can give example of niches?
