Hi All

My first post and I'm brand new to this forum, looks good.

I have a graphic design, web design and printing business which has been trading since 1996. I'm a graphic designer by trade who uses a web developer to build my websites after I've designed them.

I've been studying SEO and experimenting fro around 2 years now and find it really interesting.

Welcome to UK WW, what have you found out about SEO?

Well the main thing is try not to trick the search engines and build your website firtsly for the user and not just for search engines.

Try and focus on qualified traffic and not just lots of hits. I also think that a clean website build (not much coding) affects the rankings but isn't the main reason.

There are no short cuts it's a lot of hard work and a combination of many things.
