Help getting started on StartApp

I started to launch my first campaign! I have chosen StartApp and Go2mobi as my traffic sources to test an offer, but I'm already not sure about what to do.

In StartApp I selected that I'm promoting web content, but then you have to fill in a field with the "final campaign destination url (Enter a domain, not the tracking link)" I asked my AM for the offers final url, but he said he can't give that out. What am I suppose to put in this field?

I was also curious if you are allowed to direct link on StartApp. I noticed that later you are asked to enter a LP, but what if I want to go direct? Would it be bad to link to my voluum campaign LP and once they approve switch to direct?

Any other tips on StartApp would be greatly appreciated!

For destination Url I mostly just see the Default landing page preview and then search that on Google and thus get my Destination URL.
