I don't believe it's easy to make a loan online like this. And it looks like impossible to make a loan for a foreigner.

Your 'seed' capital (initial money) has to come from you or some supporter like family or friends -- not easy I understand --but that is the way it is everywhere.

Sometimes that initial money is from what is called an *Angel Investor*
If you have some unique idea or plan you may find some backers.

The better way to make some money online is to try to reach a platform and try to make some money as a freelancer for example if you have some skills that you could use online and make something. This loan isn't something i heard before, besides it seems too easy to bed true, so you definitely got to look at something else! Good luck buddy and welcome in!
