Hi, as far as I know they send Facebook traffic to gambling offers via apps. You put offer link inside of the app, put an app link on the Facebook. Gambling.pro have offers with apps if I'm not mistaken.

As for the Gambling pro, they can put any offer link in the app if you ask them. Or they just give the ready to use app with the offer inside. Personally I use a tracker, so I put a tracking link inside the app
Which GEO you are runnig?
My friend is working in this network and he taught me how to work with such type of traffic. They have apps and they can put links from offers in app. Its not hard. If you are interesting i can give you his contact
