Sad state of affairs when you have to worry about being paid on time.

Both have really been abused the past 20 years -- thanks internet
Years ago, when you had a job -- the company (or the boss) gave out annual year end (or Christmas bonuses) to the workers and management. I can remember my dad getting a Christmas turkey and an extra weeks pay for Christmas.
Now you hope everyone gets paid their due on time.
Hope everything works out as expected for everyone ...

That would definitely earn the right to be fired as a client in my book. However, if you don't have a rainy day fund for delays such as this you're truly the one setting yourself up for hard times. You can't really fight the inevitable and win. With that said, hope ya'll do get paid on time but just know preparation is key to surviving in this cutthroat world of late payments, late nights, and late dates.
