Um.. I would not recommend starting with $100 to start mobile marketing as a business. However, if you just want to try and test out without any expectation... you should...

10 years back I was a skeptic with internet marketing... so I use my $50 just to try out and found out it was legit...

Not a single regret throwing that $50 and from then onwards it was an Internet Marketing Adventures till now...

Since you have a $100 budget, most likely you will need to get traffic you do not directly pay for. And, you will need access to an affiliate network, friendly to beginners, that has AWESOME affiliate managers, high converting offers... I recommend cost per lead offers.
