Yea. Since you have low budget, I suggest you spy manually. Just get a VPN and placements from RON traffic. Spy on the placement and do not rip banners. See what lander they use and offer they promote. No doubt time is money but what you have right now is time. So use your time to spy manually. IMHO, most landers you see in spy tools are "safe" page. Super Affiliates cloaked it very well so the possibility of seeing their lander is slim.

Spy tools are necessary if you're just starting out. Seeing what everyone else is doing will give you a very good idea of what works.
