How realistic is to make $100 per day profit with $1000 monthly budget?

Hello guys,

I come from SEO background, currently working in few agencies as SEO Manager. I currently can afford to invest $1000 per month for a paid traffic, do you think that's fine or low budget, to achieve $100 per day profit?

From the beginning? Probably no. Unless you have some inside info :) Or, start out riding an uptrend product.
If the $1,000 is learning money -- spend it slowly like $20 /day till you feel confident that you know what you are doing.

Since my background is in SEO, what do you think about google adwords or bing as traffic source as starting point for a beginner?

Great advice, 100% agreed...

$1.000 for learning money is great. Maybe try "budget-friendly" ad formats like Push and Pops first. Get yourself a spy tool like Adplexity or Anstrex, and learn how other affiliates run campaigns (what ads + landers they use etc.) and then learn how to set up your own campaigns, tracking, optimizing. With Push or Pops, a $20/Day budget as Graybeard suggested, will be enough to learn the ropes without breaking the bank.

Once you learned the basics and start seeing results and an overall feeling of what's going on there, you can use your next $1.000 to ramp things up.

Short money -- heavy ad CPC cost.
If you know your product and market you still need a higher payout -- for Google Ads. It's possible -- people do it. Right product, right keywords, right pay-outs < Perfect world stuff :S
If you are the offer owner -- (actual seller) Google Ads is your *pseudo* affiliate -- they get their cut but based on the CPC bid and not a CPA CR (completed conversion).

So, in short, in order to make $100 per day profit, I need more budget like $2000-3000, or it's doable with $1000 but not like instant, but more like within 2-3 months?

You can do $100 a day with that budget. You just need to get on weekly or better payments from your affiliate network for cash flow.

Yeah sure. The chances of you doing that aren't good, but you can.

Week 1: Spend $500 on traffic
Week 2: Spend $500 on traffic; at the end of the week you should get paid from your affiliate network if you're on weeklies.
Week 3: Spend $500+ on traffic.
ETC.

This would only work if you profit immediately.

I got the real solution for you. I tell you exactly what to do, and all other people reading this. Find pay per lead programs.
There are many of them out there. Some pay $1 per lead. Some pay $2.5 . And these are all simple free sign ups. Start promoting them using incentives.

You pay them $0.2 for simple free sign up, and you make $1 or $2.5 in return for every $0.2 you spend
. Here is example of where you can find pay per lead programs: askeustache dot com/best-pay-per-lead-affiliate-programs-get-paid-per-free-sign/ . You can put that on google.

How do you find users who are willing to do this and pay them? Well you can use gpt websites like grabpoints, swagbucks, microworkers, etc. I own one of them . You simply serve yourself create the offer you want users to complete and they will complete it.

SEO is not a free traffic source as many are thinking, this is not 2010 anymore, here you need to invest both money and time, and 1 year can pass and your project might not even make it which means you wasted both time and money, backlinks cost money in today SEO world.

i do agree that cost money or time but i believe natural seo still exists and most of the world are using it , all blogs are using it and kinda convinced if you can't make it with only your skills its hard to make it using those skills and money cus its easy to spend money on FB ads or google adword

Completely disagree. A spy tool can help GREATLY if you are just a beginner or testing new offers. Obviously you don’t want to rely on it for each and every campaign but the amount of data and info is quite a lot. It’s also helpful if you can’t find any good images/landers for your push/pop campaigns. Telling him to never buy one is pretty irresponsible of you...

Old but gold, not sure how applicable this is today, but would guess it's still cheaper to buy advertising space this way IF you have a product that can be advertised *everywhere*

If you are coming from the SEO background and do have a budget of such you really can invest it in something like for example .... SEO but with montly budget of $1000 like you do for your clients or for clients of your firm, sounds good ?;)

Never think about your project not making it, and Never give up, even if everyone on the internet does. It don't matter how long, just be about a cause, and ensure that it is helpful, and that you make progress each day.

On my blog yesterday, I got 130 visitors from google and my website is not yet up to 1 year old. Now, I know some may say 130 visitors from google is not that great, but it depends on your perspective.

My type, the first day I got 3 visitors a day from google, I was like :D . I appreciate every progress made. Progress is Progress. Just keep on doing what you do until you get to where u desire :)

I am through about 400 of my original budget and close to break even now. You have to spent the money earned for cashflow though, if you count that then I have spent closer to 850.

So you would have 600 left in your case to get to that 100 a day. My highest point was a $62.45 day(for reference).

It's very possible. You could even turn your seo skills into a course then build an audience on youtube and facebook, which you can in turn do retargeting ads to these people for optimal conversions. That's what i'd suggest if you've got a skill. Learn paid ads. Can scale to the moon.

It depends on what verticals you're running, what traffic source & how good you are at copywriting.

There's SEO copy, and then there's SALES copy. Two very different things. Have you ever read Cashvertising by drew whitman? Could give you some insight. I've seen affiliates get 50-100% profit margins before.

I used to run diet back in the days~ those are evergreens that don't require much thought.

But if you're doing e-commerce? You really need that edge on knowing your target demographic and segmenting those audiences.
