How to find more Affiliates / Publishers

I am a new affiliate manager and i am willing to learn about get as much good affiliates/publisher as possible.

What is your best suggestion? What's your favourite techniques and strategies?

Forums are a good way. Post threads in relevant sections and attract the potential publishers.

hey there! I want to ask for an advice) I was offered to work with google extensions. I put their extension on my web site, and when the user comes to web site, he/she will be offered to install it. have you ever heard about it? is it worth it? will be very thankfull for the answer!

Yeah, they offer to work CPI or CPA, don't know which deal will be better for it
