it could be done probably but the cost of development would be very high.
would you pay $200/mo for the SaaS and could you get a few 1000 subscribers.
if a tracker SaaS used sms for the postbacks, this could be aggregated by the hour perhaps -- and sold as a add-on maybe.

Ask Google --they have the money to develop this and could use the tax-write-off

I think maybe the software is already our there. Haven't looked, but my banks, PayPal, two of the affiliate programs I'm in, my power company, my hospital, my Dr.'s, and many others text me for specific actions.

If I find time, I'll see if their IT departments can tell what software's do this for them.

I can tell you that Voluum has a mobile app that notifies the user upon specific actions.

Hey man, yes, this is possible. I can do it with twilio, and if your aff network has an API, I can do it very easily, If they don't, things become a little more difficult. But yes, absolutely possible.

More and more, many aff's are moving to managing as much as possible on mobile devices. I like getting notices by mobile. I think most do once they establish their businesses.

If I can ask, how much would you pay to get these notifications as text to your mobile, every month. Like, per aff site?

you just need :
-affiliate network has an API(Postback)
-hosting to receive Postback And use Firebase to send notifications.
And a mobile developer to create an app

You have to have DOI optins first --specifically for SMS notifications
There are SMS providers and the rates are cheap IIRC; like $0.02? per SMS
Do a search and you will get the current prices

I've done stuff like this with Twilio. Twilio does cost something to run, but the costs are very low per message.
