I'm testing an offer for 4 days, getting some good result with about 8 daily conversions and ROI 50%, but I can scale!!
When I bid higher, I'm getting the same result about 8 just the ROI decrease, the same when I duplicate the campaign.
Listen to latest advice given here, there is basically not that much you can really do besides getting yourself into other advertising network and that's really it. Pushes are most popular formats out there between everything basically. So it's an easy task.
