How to track subscriber opt-ins when using mobile traffic?

Hi all, I would like to build an email list using mobile traffic. I'm looking at using Bemob as my tracker because they have a free plan. There doesn't seem to be a way in terms of tracking tokens to track signups. Is there a way to track subscriber opt-ins when using mobile traffic (eg PopCash or PopAds)? I'm promoting a Clickbank product.
