How to verify resell rights?

Hello,

I have a few useful e-books downloaded from the internet a few months ago. But i dont know whether they came with resell rights. i dont even remember where i downloaded them from. so can i offer them here for free download? Or would that be illegal?

As far as i know its no illigal if you give them as a gift, but if you get anything in return then it is illigal (providing you havent got resell writes)

nopes. as i said, i wont ask anything in return. but i've seen that providing free themes on own blog is regarded as violation. so i m just worried. can i offer them for free download then?

Read the TOS or any documentation of the ebook. If it containing no documentation you cant resale unless u get permission from the author.

all resale rights product comes with documentation about the extent of the rights you are holding on the product...if its not available ask from the seller otherwise go for a refund
