Using a US SSN fraudulently is a US federal felony.
Using another person's identity to defraud is another felony.
Sad part you are so petty (small time) no one will reach out to grab you where you are (probably).
Just FYI; Credit card issuers validate those. I suppose if they are stupid enough to allow you to enter that data using a known VPN they deserve to be defrauded -- most are not that stupid.
